The President of the Republic announced on Monday March 16 drastic containment measures to try to limit the transmission of the Covid-19 coronavirus in France. The French must minimize their travel and justify it to the police. And if it is still possible to jog alone and without lingering for too long, the morale of most athletes is at half mast.
Accessible without equipment, whatever your level
To overcome the crisis and keep fit during a period of confinement, Midi Libre joins forces with the sports trainer Landry Sempéré to offer you daily sessions adapted to your level.
Landry Sempéré, physical trainer and sports coach
Landry Sempéré is a physical trainer and sports coach. Based in Montpellier, he works throughout the Hérault department. A graduate of the Faculty of Science and Technology of Sports Activities (STAPS) in Montpellier, he offers his skills to individuals after having worked, among others, with the Béziers rugby club and the Montpellier Athlétic Méditerranée Métropole.
How it works ?
Every day on Midilibre.fr, you can discover a new session of coach Sampéré. The latter will offer three intensity levels depending on your physical condition: amateur, intermediate and advanced.
All exercises will be done at body weight, with no equipment except common items that you can easily find at home. On your marks … first session this Wednesday, March 18!
