Total Crunch, What exercises to do?

Many have asked me what are the best exercises to do once you buy the total crunch.

The starting position of the Total Crunch is simple: it is enough to squat and keep your arms open.

The action of one band of muscles with respect to another depends only on the position held in the initial phase and on how you decide to hold the handlebar.

Furthermore, as we said, the position of the feet is fundamental, which will define the intensity level of the exercise.

The prone grip, with the palms of the hands facing downwards.
