In this 11th video, David sports coach at Urban Tonic (Lyon 2e) has prepared some exercises for you to start this weekend in joy and good humor. We start with 2 squat moves + 1 « burpees » 5×4 and 45 seconds of rest, active knee lift 20 seconds + 20 seconds of « moutain climber » x2x4 then 45 seconds of rest, 20 seconds « hip thrust » + 10 seconds  » sit-up « x4 then 30 seconds of rest and finally » tabata « side / side jump 20 seconds + 10 seconds » static squat sumo « x8 and 30 seconds of rest. It’s your turn !
