I love wishlists, be they for Christmas or birthdays. Given or sent. I like to know that a gift I buy can be used as well as appreciated, and I like to have something I can easily forward to family members that ask about what my kids like or what size they’re wearing. I’ve been working on my kids’ wishlists, as I do every year around this time, and I’ve been having a lot of fun looking for toys I know they’ll love that can also offer fun learning experiences. STEM is a big deal in our household. My husband and I both studied engineering in college, aerospace and mechanical for him, computer and electrical for me. We’ve never really pushed math and science on our kids, but instead prefer to let things happen organically by offering toys and activities that let them explore STEM fields and work on their own. Below is a list of fun STEM toys for kids of all ages, many that I’ve included on my own kids’ Christmas wishlists this year.
