Andrew and I finally moved into our new place here in Radford, but everything is still pretty much in boxes. I’d like to say it’s because we have so much going on and there’s just no time to worry about unpacking, but it’s really just because we’re lazy. The computers, the TV and the babies got unpacked (in that order) the night we moved in, and then over the course of the last few days we’ve been opening and rummaging through boxes when we need something.

I did, however, accomplish one thing recently: I made slow-cooker pulled pork yesterday.


Pork slow-cooked in root beer is AH-mazing. Also, love Virgil's root beer!
